Plastic

Laden with plastic  crying our pious rivers..
Flowed once with clear waters..
Now mere site of it gives shivers..

Sea creatures dying mercilessly in deep sea
Whales ,turtles, fishes not knowing where to flee.
Pets and cattles
Ingesting n  swallowing the plastic we throw without care
Heaped heavily on roads n gardens,there is nothing to spare.
Starting our day with  poison of ease
Using it thoroughly ,making our own hearse..

Leaches into soil..choking the  earth
Missing the freshness in  air.
Soon will realise its dearth..
Colourful appealing allure of this man made disaster
More we wanna get rid of
More we spreading it faster..
What to say of its invasion
We even adorn our plastic smile
Erasing every question n escaping truth
We hide behind with guiltfree guile .

World that we dream of is not difficult to create..
Say NO to the plastic..
Before its too late
